Harisan Gas Stove is simple & safe to use. Use Liquefied Petroleum Gas (L.P.G.) only unless / until customized for using CNG or PNG by authorized service professionals.
Make sure that the room is well ventilated.
Use the gas stove for domestic cooking only.
Use only the standard rubber hose (SURAKSHA HOSE) meant for L.P.G. stoves.
Do not use vinyl plastic hose as it is highly inflammable.
While lighting the burner first open the gas valve on the cylinder, bring a lighted match stick to the burner, which is to be lit then push the relevant knob and turn it to the “ONˮ position.
While putting “OFFˮ the burner, first close the stove knob to the “OFFˮ position and then close the regulating valve provided with the cylinder regulator.
The cylinder should not be placed horizontally.
Take care to avoid spillage while cooking as this may result in extinguishing of flame and clogging burner holes.
Periodically see that the burner holes are not clogged and if clogged warm it with caustic soda and water solution and then rinse with water and then wipe it with cotton cloth.
Before removing a dish from the burner, switch of the appropriate knob as the resulting flame may burn your hands and also resulting in the wastage of precious fuel.
Switch off fans in the kitchen when the stove is in use.
Do not allow children to handle your gas stove.
Wipe and dry the burner before fixing after in case of washing
Always wipe the gas stove, clean after every use
Do not try to dismantle or repair the Gas Valves, Jets, or the Nozzle.
